Major Deck Refresh and Expansion

This featured project is a major deck refresh and expansion. Mr. & Mrs. B can now enjoy sweeping views of the countryside in their sprawling new deck. An existing deck was stripped down to its framing (20ft x 8ft) and an additional 14 feet of new framing was added with Diamond Pier foundation systems to make a huge 20ft x 22ft deck perfect for outdoor living.

Homeowners chose Braun Building Center’s attractive, low maintenance Trex Enhance composite decking. Clam Shell, a medium shade of grey, is accented with Rocky Harbor, a sandy undertoned rustic slate grey. Both feature a refined, wood-like grain pattern.

Decking was paired beautifully with new steps and matching rails. A charming 20ft x 10ft vinyl pergola (Jam Systems) adds visual interest and provides partial shade from summertime rays.

All construction was completed by Sprang Renovations.
